- Events are free of charge (unless stated), although we ask for a donation from non-members of BWI towards the costs involved (this is, of course, optional).
- All outdoor events are subject to weather. Therefore, please check our social media (Facebook and Twitter) to ensure that the event will take place. However, it will automatically be cancelled if there is a storm warning in place.
- Ensure you wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor events.
- We encourage well-behaved children to most of our events (unless stated). However, responsibility for the safety of children remains solely with their parents / guardians.
